Call-out charges explained
Standard call-out — £65
Covers attendance and the full rodent inspection: internal and external survey, evidence identification, entry-point check and a written recommendation with photographs. If you go ahead with a control programme on the same visit, the £65 is included in the programme price rather than charged twice.
Emergency / out-of-hours call-out — from £125
Same-day urgent attendance, evenings, Sundays and outside Mon–Sat 8am–7pm. This replaces the standard £65 call-out charge. Treatment, trapping or proofing work is quoted on top and agreed before it starts.
- • Proofing is priced per point (from £49) — each point is numbered, photographed and quoted before approval.
- • Follow-up monitoring visits within an agreed programme are included, not billed separately.
- • Prices are guides for typical domestic properties; larger or commercial sites are quoted after survey.
- • All prices include VAT where applicable. Landlord and multi-property accounts can be invoiced monthly.
